Does my parent need to download an app?
No. That's the whole point. They get a normal text message with a link. They tap one button to confirm — there's nothing to install and no account to create.
How does my parent get the reminder?
By a regular SMS text message — it works on any phone, with nothing to install. They just tap the link in the text to confirm the dose. WhatsApp delivery is on our roadmap.
Is PillsCircle a medical device?
No. PillsCircle is a medication reminder and logging tool. It helps you send reminders and keep a record of what was confirmed. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Can I sign up right now?
Not at the moment. PillsCircle is paused for maintenance, so new accounts are closed and medication reminders are not being sent to anyone. We'd rather say that plainly than take your details and let a reminder go missing. Send us a message through the contact page and we'll let you know when it's running again.
How much does it cost?
Nothing is being charged to anyone while the service is paused, and we hold no payment details. When PillsCircle comes back we'll publish the pricing here first, and nothing would ever be charged without you choosing it.
Can my siblings help too?
That's what the Family plan is for — multiple caregivers, so the responsibility isn't all on one person. It's paused along with the rest of the service at the moment.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. Your information stays yours — we don't sell it, and the reminders your parent receives never expose private details publicly.
